All products sold are digital downloads. Refunds are not generally applicable once a purchase is completed.

However, a 7-day refund policy is available under the following conditions:

• Critical bugs or errors are found that prevent the project from functioning as intended.
• The project cannot be properly configured even after assistance from our technical support.
• Certain modules or dependencies are deprecated or outdated and have not been updated on our end.

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

All projects are intended for personal and educational use only.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
